Accumetal Manufacturing comes to Stratford
In 2002 Accumetal Manufacturing Inc. purchased the assets of a Stratford, Ontario company that had over 60 years of metal fabricating experience. Due to the quality of our precision metal forming and welding services, Accumetal Manufacturing quickly grew into a leading producer of fabricated components for the Off Road Equipment Industry. This success led to the acquisition of new machinery needed to accommodate the requirements of new customers. These new clients were interested in the capabilities of a Canadian shop willing to produce small to medium size runs of high quality fabricated assemblies. These products compete with anything being produced domestically or in regional American markets.
Competence
At Accumetal, welding proficiency is at the core of our success. An established Welding Quality Program allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality that are applied to all welded metal assemblies. Accumetal welders are all CWB certified and our aluminum welders are certified to the AWS standard. We frequently test our welders as part of our Welding Quality Program to insure compliance to established codes and standards. We undertake the documentation of all welding procedures and provide training and upgrading opportunities to our welding professionals.
Accumetal has extensive experience producing quality precision metal products. Our engineering department utilizes SolidWorks™ 3D Modelling Software for component design and part development. Our Quality Manager uses GD&T to inspect parts and utilizes a Faro Arm CMM to confirm drawing compliance.
